Stout’s Strengths:  Stout has good standup with heavy hands and a great chin.

Stout’s Weaknesses:  Nothing about his ground game, from wrestling to submissions, is very good.

Stephens’ Strengths:  Like Stout, Stephens has very solid boxing with a good amount of power and a very solid chin.

Stephens’ Weaknesses:  Also like Stout, Stephens doesn’t have much of a ground game to speak of.

The Verdict:  Both are tough guys and very hard to finish, so odds are this one goes the distance.  Expect Stout to land the cleaner shots though and earn the decision win.
