Fight Overview:  Two skilled and well-rounded veterans will go at it in what should be one of the more competitive fights in recent memory.

Siver’s Strengths:  Siver has good wrestling, very good standup, and a dangerous submission game from the top.

Siver’s Weaknesses:  His standup is more about bursts of offense than solid technique and his submission defense isn’t as good as his submission offense.

Fisher’s Strengths:  Fisher has underrated submissions, good wrestling, and excellent boxing.

Fisher’s Weaknesses:  His lack of one punch power lets opponents stay in the fight, and he is not as good on the ground as Siver, most likely.

The Verdict:  I think this one will mostly play out on the feet, and there I give the edge to Fisher.  Siver can bust out some spectacular combos at times, but Fisher is just a solid, technical boxer who will frustrate Siver with his hand speed, accuracy, and footwork.  Fisher by unanimous decision.
